A Bay Window Framed in Softness
Natural texture and curved lines come together to soften light and bring calm to the room.
The bay window becomes one of the softest corners of the room, where sheer and blackout curtains work together to shape the atmosphere throughout the day. The semi-sheer layer, with its linen-like texture, filters the daylight gently, while the blackout drapery brings privacy, warmth and a sense of quiet when drawn.
The drapery itself has a relaxed natural texture, thanks to the linen-blend fabric, which gives the folds a softer, more effortless expression. Nothing feels overly formal; instead, the window treatment settles naturally into the space, adding depth and calm without taking away from the room’s openness.
Following the curve of the bay window, the track has been carefully shaped to sit seamlessly against the architecture. The result is a composition that feels both practical and elegant — a subtle layering of light, texture and comfort that complements everyday living.

Curtain Stack-Back Guide
When curtains are fully open, the fabric gathers to the sides of the window. This space is known as the stack-back.
The amount of space required depends on the heading style, fabric weight, and total track width.
As a general guide:
- Double Pinch Pleat: approx. 25–30% of total track width (split on both sides)
- Wave Curtains: approx. 20–25%, but require additional space for the wave track system
- Heavier fabrics will create a deeper stack
To ensure the curtains clear the window fully when open, we recommend extending the track 15–30cm beyond the window on each side, especially for wave curtains.
