Refund & Returns Policy – HIBO
Thank you for choosing HIBO. We specialise in bespoke, made-to-measure curtains and soft furnishings, crafted to order for each individual customer. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
Bespoke & Made-to-Measure Items
Due to the personalised nature of our bespoke products, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
- Bespoke, made-to-measure curtains
- Bespoke cushion covers made to custom specifications
Once production has begun, these items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged, as they are made specifically for your order and cannot be resold.
Ready-Made Cushion Covers
Standard (non-bespoke) cushion covers may be returned within 10 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, clean, and in its original condition
- The item has not been customised or made to order
Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of use, damage, or soiling.
Once the return has been approved, refunds will be processed within 3 working days to the original payment method.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery by emailing info@hibo.uk.
Please include clear photographs and a description of the issue so we can assess the situation promptly. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or repair.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
