Texture and Atmosphere
A layered window treatment designed to bring privacy, texture and character to the room.
The sheer curtain is chosen for the way it lets in natural light while maintaining privacy, creating a soft glow without revealing too much from outside. It brings a sense of ease to the room, allowing the window to feel bright, airy and quietly protected throughout the day.
The main drapery is one of our most popular fabrics, loved for its rich woven texture and the way it falls into clean, elegant folds. Its subtle character gives the curtains a stronger decorative presence, while still feeling calm and refined. In rooms with wallpaper, this fabric works especially beautifully — adding depth and softness without competing with the patterns and colours around it.
Together, the two layers create more than just window coverage. They shape the atmosphere of the room, bringing warmth, balance and a more finished sense of living. It is this combination of texture, privacy and quiet elegance that makes the curtains such an important part of the interior.

Curtain Stack-Back Guide
When curtains are fully open, the fabric gathers to the sides of the window. This space is known as the stack-back.
The amount of space required depends on the heading style, fabric weight, and total track width.
As a general guide:
- Double Pinch Pleat: approx. 25–30% of total track width (split on both sides)
- Wave Curtains: approx. 20–25%, but require additional space for the wave track system
- Heavier fabrics will create a deeper stack
To ensure the curtains clear the window fully when open, we recommend extending the track 15–30cm beyond the window on each side, especially for wave curtains.
