A Thoughtful Pairing
A considered combination of a classic blind and café curtain brings together soft textures and practical privacy, creating a layered window treatment that allows natural light to flow gently into the bathroom.
This bathroom features a classic blind paired with a café curtain, bringing two distinct window treatments together in a balanced and understated design. The classic blind sits neatly within the upper part of the window, offering adjustable coverage while softly filtering natural daylight through its textured fabric.
Below, the café curtain provides privacy across the lower portion of the window while keeping the space feeling open and bright. Its gently gathered fabric complements the more structured folds of the blind above, introducing a subtle contrast in texture and form. Together, the two treatments offer a thoughtful balance of light, privacy and softness, creating a practical yet refined finish for the bathroom.

Curtain Stack-Back Guide
When curtains are fully open, the fabric gathers to the sides of the window. This space is known as the stack-back.
The amount of space required depends on the heading style, fabric weight, and total track width.
As a general guide:
- Double Pinch Pleat: approx. 25–30% of total track width (split on both sides)
- Wave Curtains: approx. 20–25%, but require additional space for the wave track system
- Heavier fabrics will create a deeper stack
To ensure the curtains clear the window fully when open, we recommend extending the track 15–30cm beyond the window on each side, especially for wave curtains.
